Shevet Shemesh is pleased to announce the opening of a leadership program for 7th-grade students, boys, and girls, in the upcoming year (2023-24).

The program provides meaningful experiences throughout the year while incorporating values of leadership, entrepreneurship, social involvement, strengthening family relationships, and more.

Below are examples of some of the topics:
 

• Meeting with a financial advisor and learning finance principles

• Openings and investment account which will be managed by Chanichim

• Interviews with family members and conducting a family tree

• Outdoor camping - orginized and managed by Chanichim

• A Jewish Shabbat experience and exploring the Jewish roots of this age

• A tour at the Arizona Parliament and meeting with legislators

• Sexuality and protected space

• Community Volunteering 

• Addictions, social pressure and risk behaviors

• A private Independence Day party, and more!!
